A reverse jib, also referred to as an \u201cinverted jib\u201d, are fixed attachments that have been designed, engineered and certified to slide into the last hydraulic boom section of a knuckle boom crane. Their are different designs of jibs and cranes, but typically they are about 6-8\u2019 long and have a 30 degree angle in them that allows the jib to be extended inside a doorway or window in order to remove and replace all kinds of equipment from engines and electric motors to just about anything else to heavy to handle manually. They are also often used to move heavy loads under building overhangs and roof sections.
