With over 20 years of industry experience, ROIL Projects Inc has helped a countless number of industries lift and relocate large, heavy fixtures and machinery equipment. In a modern industrial space, these solutions consist not only of the hoists, cranes, knuckle – boom trucks and any number of machines designed and rated for lifting, but also the qualified personnel needed to operate them. Picker Trucks

Our picker trucks at ROIL Projects Inc. have been designed in a variety of configurations for maximum versatility. Our speciality rear mounted knuckle boom cranes range from 3-30Ton capacities for tight locations or more typical mid mount cranes from 3-20Ton capacities including tractor trailer units.

We offer specialty in-building lifts. All of our knuckle picker units have Reverse Jib’s designed to facilitate heavy equipment removal without the need to remove roof panels or cutting access holes. Our Reverse Jibs are engineered and certified for capacities up 16,000 lbs to execute projects quickly and without any structural damage.

Whatever the job may be, we have the equipment to suit your needs. Our expert staff is here to help you in determining the correct configuration, size and capacity rating you will require for your specific job. Need a hotshot? We have you covered. Roil Projects fleet of light and heavy hotshot trucks is dispatched 24/7 to meet and exceed your expectations. Our drivers are safe, courteous, expeditious, and armed with the latest GPS tracking and delivery technology. Light hotshot trucks include ½ ton and 1 ton pick up trucks and our heavy hotshot trucks are F-450 and F-550 deck trucks. All of our 1 ton and heavy hotshot trucks are capable of pulling our fleet of flat deck trailers. Pick from our 20’ tandem axles, 24’ tri-axle, or 26’ tri axle tilt decks with load capacities of up 15,000 lbs.

We know that your cargo is valuable and take the utmost care of it. So much in fact that Roil has custom-built transport crates, racks, V blocks, tarps, and tie downs to ensure your cargo arrives safely.

HULK

“Hulk” is our largest and latest addition to the Roil fleet. Hulk’s impressive 60 Ton PM knuckle boom crane adds some much-needed additional lifting capacity to our lineup. With the ability to lift some very impressive weights on its main boom (46,000lbs @ 15 feet and 10,000lbs all the way out at 60 feet) as well as including a fly jib that can increase our reach capabilities to well over 100’ it’s truly an amazing piece of machinery.

Baymax (9 ton)

“Baymax” is our second 9 ton offering that we custom designed for our specific niche of custom lifting. On this build we wanted to make further improvements over its brother “Gizmo” so we choose a 2012 Kenworth T370 truck however this time we chose to build it on a 4 wheel drive platform giving us that added benefit. An increased deck size and more payload making this truck our most versatile 9 ton offering.

“Gizmo” is a truck that we built by popular demand for customers who wanted the capacities offered by our other 8 Ton units, but required the added benefit of a rear-mounted picker, which has become the most popular configuration for “in building” lifts.

Kenny (16 ton)

A 2000 T800 Kenworth tandem axle unit with a rear-mounted Palfinger PK32080C 16 ton knuckle-boom crane, “Kenny” has helped us deliver for countless clients. This truck has the strength to haul some of the heaviest stuff we pull.

Snoopy (20 ton)

“Snoopy” is our latest addition to the light hauler / picker fleet a Peterbilt 367 tandem axle tractor trailer unit. This unit was constructed with our clients larger loads in mind, coupled with our new Manac 48′-67′ trombone trailer larger and longer loads are no problem!

“Spike” one of our newest units, is primarily constructed for heavy “in-building” work with its inverted (reverse) jib rated for up to 16,000 lbs. This truck is equipped with a “power link” system that allows for 15 degrees of negative angle on the outer boom.
